The subject parcel (parcel no 3672/3) is with its shorted side located by the road Ovča – Borča, thus optimal orientation of the plot in relation to the sides of the world is achieved. Along the road are set public facilities, ie. commercial building and school, while housing is organized in a semi – public space, distanced from the frequency roads. The buildings are set in order to achieve both quality apartments with plenty of daylight, and high-quality common areas between the buildings, designed for all tenants. Landscaping is conditioned by the position of the buildings, as well as use of space on the ground floor. The characteristic elements of the facade are mapped to the landscape design, and thus created a division into green, floral, water and paved surfaces. The architectural design of the building was done as a flexible concept,  with a hall in the middle apartments on the sides, and with communicational verticals at optimal distance. In its concept, it is provided that the building is composed of three parts with expansion joints between them. On the ground floor are placed the entrances to residential buildings (separately, each entry for each part), parking and public spaces (children institutions or social protection). Usage of the space is defined depending on the position of the building on the plot. In each house are designed 142 apartments.
