Educational Center form is inspired by organic shapes, in order to fit the context of nature (environment) better. The building is basically a part of a circular ring . The highest part of the building is in the entrance area of the building (on the west ), and its height is reduced towards the northern and eastern part of the rosarium, where it connects with the landscaping . Thus, the idea that the object in its form looks like it grew spontaneously from the land, is realized. The building is wrapped around the square. The educational part of the building (Educational Center), with ancillary facilities is occupying most of the area. It consists of exhibition halls, conference halls (for 50 users), two classrooms and a workshop. The Management of the Educational Center consists of two small offices, office for the manager, a kitchenette and toilet. This part of the building has a separate entrance connected to the northern service road, and direct access to the square. Service area is consisted of the cafeteria with the multifunction storage, bookstore, wardrobe and sanitary facilities. Due to its geometry, i.e. the increased size of the entry zone, this part of the building has more stores (ground floor and first floor). Change of the floors refers to the bookstore in which galleries and access to the roof garden of the cafe are established. The cafe is the ground floor of the building with a flat roof on which is formed a rooftop garden, to which one can access through vertical communication. Access to the staircase is straight from the entrance hall.
