The residential building in Šabac was designed in Žika Popović Street. It is a multi – family building with ground floor and three floors. The building is free-standing, and the main pedestrian and vehicular entrances are located on the northwest facade, directly from the public road.
The vehicular entrance to the garage designed on the ground floor is planned via an internal two-way road with a width of 5 m. The driveway through the garage leads to the courtyard parking lot. There are a total of 6 parking spaces that can be accessed from the internal road.
On the ground floor of the building, an entrance area with a windshield, an elevator and a staircase is planned. In addition to the windshield, gas boiler room, stairs and elevator, parking spaces and storage rooms are planned on the ground floor. The number of parking spaces overlooked on the ground floor is a total of 14, of which 8 are in the garage. In addition to the parking space in the yard, 6 parking spaces are planned. A total of 10 apartments are planned to be built on the floors, 5 on each floor. A total of 4 apartments are planned to be built on the detached floor. The total gross area of the building is about 1,400m2. The construction of the facade walls of the ground floor and upper floors is planned from the „klimabloc“ d=25cm. On the ground floor of the building, over the facade walls of the air conditioning unit, a layer of stone wool with the thickness of 10 cm is planned, and over it, the construction of a demit facade (includes glue, mesh and decorative colored plaster). On the floors of the building, a ventilating facade is installed over the wall of „klimabloc“ unit on the outside, and as the final layer, stone slabs in travertine pattern, as well as in dark gray color, with the associated substructure are provided. Sliding wooden panels are provided in the area of the loggia and the second floor. They are made of steel frame construction, filled with wooden slats made of natural oak, with appropriate impregnation. The frames are mounted on a rail sliding system, which allows customization to the user. Tenants will control the penetration of light into the apartment by moving and rotating each panel, which will give additional dynamics to the facade. The wooden panels on the side facades are intended to be fixed, since they are located in the area of the stair core on the north-east facade and as a toilet window mask on the south-west facade.
